Monday 26th March: A large group of quad bikes passed my group on Sarn Helen (Restricted Byway) and in a National Nature Reserve. They were led by one rider on a trail bike who I thought I’d seen on Saturday 23rd March with a large group of trail bikes. A local farmer has told me he thinks there is an off-road business based in Llandovery who are making money offering these tours on Sarn Helen which is a Resricted Byway. I reported these groups to the BBNPA over two years ago but it seems they are still in business.Read More →

March 17th/18th – another REC Level 5 Travel + Expedition First Aid course completed at Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer. This two day course is available anywhere in the UK for small groups. The next scheduled open course is on December 1st/2nd and is limited to a maximum of 9 candidates.
